KARTA GWARANCYJNA (WARUNKI GWARANCJI) – GRZEJNIK STALOWY POKOJOWY

1. Producent gwarantuje szczelność grzejnika w okresie:
– na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej – 15 lat od daty sprzedaży oraz udziela 3 letniej gwarancji na jakość powłoki lakierniczej,
– na pozostałym terenie Unii Europejskiej – 2 lata od daty sprzedaży oraz udziela 2 letniej gwarancji na jakość powłoki lakierniczej.

2. Gwarancja na powłokę lakierniczą polega na przywróceniu powłoce cech estetyczno-ochronnych zgodnie z technologią. Gwarancja nie obejmuje: normalnego zużywania się warstwy lakierniczej (np. zmiany odcienia koloru powłoki w miarę upływu czasu), uszkodzeń mechanicznych powstałych podczas użytkowania lub montażu oraz uszkodzenia powłoki lakierniczej (np. spękania) powstałego na skutek przegrzania wody w instalacji do temperatury powyżej 95°C.

3. Ujawnione w tym okresie wady będą usuwane w najszybciej możliwym terminie, licząc od momentu zgłoszenia reklamacji. W celu rozpatrzenia reklamacji producent podda reklamowany wyrób oględzinom, które mogą nastąpić w miejscu zamontowania grzejnika lub w innym miejscu wskazanym przez Producenta. Uprawnienia z tytułu gwarancji przysługują po przedłożeniu dowodu zakupu i Karty Gwarancyjnej (Warunków gwarancji). Kartą Gwarancyjną jest niniejszy arkusz, zawierający nazwę, dane techniczne produktu oraz datę produkcji. Brak któregokolwiek z wymienionych dokumentów skutkuje odmową rozpatrzenia reklamacji, stawiając ją w świetle reklamacji bezzasadnej.

4. Zabrania się umieszczania na górnej powierzchni grzejnika mokrych lub wilgotnych tkanin i przedmiotów. Gwarancji nie będą podlegały grzejniki  zamontowane w pralniach, łazienkach, rzeźniach, myjniach samochodowych, halach basenów oraz innych pomieszczeniach o dużej wilgotności lub działaniu mediów agresywnych.

5. Instalacja grzewcza musi być wyposażona w zawory odcinające. Producent nie ponosi kosztów opróżnienia i ponownego napełnienia wodą instalacji grzewczej w przypadku demontażu grzejnika. Zaleca się stosowanie inhibitorów korozji.

6. Stalowe grzejniki panelowe mogą być stosowane w niewielkich instalacjach systemu otwartego (do mocy 25kW) pod warunkiem, że w tych instalacjach używane są inhibitory korozji.

7. Gwarancja nie obejmuje uszkodzeń, które będą wynikiem niewłaściwego przechowywania, transportu, użytkowania (np. niezgodnie z instrukcją), zastosowaniem wyrobu niezgodnie z przeznaczeniem oraz dokonywania napraw lub przeróbek przez osoby nieupoważnione.

8. Woda stosowana w instalacji powinna spełniać następujące warunki: twardość ogólna – nie większa niż 4,0 mval/l (2,0 mmol/l); odczyn pH 7,0 – 10,0 ( w instalacjach w których nie stosuje się ochrony inhibitorowej pH powinno wynosić od 8,0 do 10,0); zawartość tlenu nie może być większa niż 0,1 mg/l; sumaryczna zawartość jonów chlorkowych i siarczanowych nie może być większa niż 150 mg/l (dla instalacji wykonanych z rur miedzianych nie większa niż 50 mg/l).

9. Producent zastrzega sobie prawo do wyboru sposobu usunięcia wady lub do wymiany grzejnika na nowy tego samego typu lub najbardziej zbliżonego.

10. W przypadku nieuzasadnionego zgłoszenia reklamacji producent zastrzega sobie prawo do obciążenia zgłaszającego kosztami jej przebiegu i weryfikacji.

11. Producent nie zaleca montowania grzejników w instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, która będzie połączona z wysokotemperaturową siecią cieplną przez hydroelewator lub węzeł zmieszania pompowego.

12. Rozstrzygnięcia sporów następują zgodnie z prawem obowiązującym w RP. Gwarancja nie ogranicza ani nie zawiesza uprawnień kupującego wynikających z przepisów o rękojmi za wady rzeczy sprzedanej.

WARRANTY CARD (WARRANTY TERMS) – STEEL PANEL RADIATOR

1. The manufacturer guarantees the radiator’s leak tightness for the following periods:
– Within the territory of the Republic of Poland – 15 years from the date of sale, with an additional 3-year warranty on the quality of the paint coating.
– In other territories of the European Union – 2 years from the date of sale, with a 2-year warranty on the quality of the paint coating.

2. The warranty for the paint coating covers restoring its aesthetic and protective properties in accordance with the technology. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the paint layer (e.g., changes in the shade of the coating over time), mechanical damage caused during use or installation, or damage to the paint coating (e.g., cracking) caused by overheating the water in the system to a temperature above 95°C.

3. Any defects found within this period will be addressed as quickly as possible from the time of submitting the claim. To process the claim, the manufacturer will inspect the product, which may take place at the radiator’s installation site or another location specified by the manufacturer. Warranty rights are granted upon presenting proof of purchase and the Warranty Card (Warranty Terms). This sheet, containing the product name, technical details, and production date, serves as the Warranty Card. The absence of any of these documents will result in a denial of the claim, considering it unjustified.

4. It is prohibited to place wet or damp fabrics and objects on the top surface of the radiator. Radiators installed in laundry rooms, bathrooms, slaughterhouses, car washes, swimming pool halls, or other rooms with high humidity or exposure to aggressive substances will not be covered by the warranty.

5. The heating system must be equipped with shut-off valves. The manufacturer is not responsible for the costs of draining and refilling the heating system in the event of radiator removal. The use of corrosion inhibitors is recommended.

6. Steel panel radiators may be used in small open systems (up to 25kW) provided that corrosion inhibitors are used in these systems.

7. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper storage, transportation, use (e.g., not in accordance with the instructions), misuse of the product, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

8. The water used in the system should meet the following conditions: total hardness – no more than 4.0 mval/l (2.0 mmol/l); pH level of 7.0 – 10.0 (for systems where inhibitor protection is not used, pH should be between 8.0 and 10.0); oxygen content no greater than 0.1 mg/l; total chloride and sulfate ion content no greater than 150 mg/l (for copper pipe systems, no more than 50 mg/l).

9. The manufacturer reserves the right to choose the method of defect repair or to replace the radiator with a new one of the same type or a closely similar one.

10. In the case of an unjustified warranty claim, the manufacturer reserves the right to charge the claimant for the costs of the process and verification.

11. The manufacturer does not recommend installing radiators in central heating systems connected to high-temperature heating networks via a hydro-elevator or mixing pump node.

12. Disputes will be resolved according to the law in force in the Republic of Poland. The warranty does not limit or suspend the buyer’s rights resulting from the provisions regarding the warranty for defects of the sold item.
